I entered the wrong address what do I do?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address please use the contact us request below to reach out as soon as possible.
If your order has already been fulfilled we will no longer be able to update the address since the order has already been shipped.
We will not be able to issue a refund since we do have a disclaimer on checkout to double check your address.
I want to make a return what are the steps?
We offer a 30 day return policy from the day the order arrives to your door steps.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
What is the best fitting for me?
We have a sizing chart that can help you get an idea of what would be the best size for you. The straps are not too tight to ensure comfortability and relax fitting (The product is made this way this is not a flaw).
The sizing for the posture corrector is different than clothing size which is why you might find yourself buying a bigger size than usual.
For taller individuals, we suggest sizing up to ensure better strap fitment, especially for larger and taller builds.
